The dates for the Miami Winter Music Conference 2009 have been released as follows: March 24th - 25th - 26th - 27th and 28th, 2009.
During this period the hotel will have loud music and experience high levels of noise. There will be no refunds for complains due to this inconvenience.

The historic three story tropical art deco boutique South Beach Plaza Hotel is located approximately 9 miles from Miami International Airport and 250 feet from the ocean. The property has recently been renovated.
